TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (TCS)
1. Company Identification

2. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the provision of Vendor Due Diligence services in technology and product assessments offered to professional clients within the European Union.
3. Order Process
Each service is subject to a personalized quotation. The order becomes firm and binding upon written acceptance of the quotation by the client (including by email), with the phrase "Approved" or "Agreed" and a signature.
4. Pricing and Payment Terms
Prices are stated exclusive of tax and expressed excluding taxes (VAT). Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice to the account specified on the invoice. No discounts apply for early payment. Late penalties apply in accordance with Article L441-10 of the French Commercial Code.
5. No Right of Withdrawal or Refund
Deliverables are sent via email within an indicative timeframe of 15 business days from the official project start date (validation of the quotation and reception of required information).
6. Liability
YUKI undertakes to perform its services with due care and professionalism. Its liability is limited to direct damages caused by proven fault in service execution, and is covered by a professional liability insurance policy.
TERMS OF USE (ToU)
1. Purpose
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website askyuki.co.
2. Services Provided
askyuki.co is an informational website offering access to YUKI's service descriptions, downloadable use cases, and a self-diagnostic tool. No user account is required to access content.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the site including text, images, graphics, logos, brand name, design, and source code is the exclusive property of YUKI and protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
4. Personal Data and Cookies
Cookies are used for navigation and traffic analysis. By continuing to browse the site, users agree to their use as detailed in the Privacy Policy.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users shall not disrupt or attempt to disrupt the proper functioning of the site (spam, code injection, unauthorized access attempts). Reuse or reproduce content without permission, abuse YUKI's name or brand, or engage in defamatory behavior is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
While YUKI strives to ensure accuracy and availability, it shall not be held liable for errors, service interruptions, or any damages direct or indirect resulting from the use of the site.
